Flexible ducting (extracts or ventilation system) in roof space is torn/punctured

Poor initial installation

Ducting has been shifted or crushed when work was carried out in the roof space

Repair

  • replace badly damaged duct, tape over small holes by wrapping PVC duct tape around the flexible duct
